We hope you get that the items here are either &#8220;handmade,&#8221; &#8220;digital downloads,&#8221; or crafting supplies that are &#8220;pre-owned,&#8221; &#8220;used,&#8221; &#8220;open box,&#8221; and so on. So, unfortunately, it&#8217;s just not practical for us to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>The key to 100% Customer Satisfaction!<\/em>  <\/strong>Hey, let&#8217;s be real\u2014stuff happens, and if you get your order and there&#8217;s a problem, just shoot me an email to let me know what&#8217;s up.
